The duplicate key did not fit. Since there was already a complaint when I was on site, I immediately compared the keys and noticed a discrepancy, which I also reported immediately. I was told that it was fine as it was. If the key did not fit, I should come back. I find that unreasonable, as the key actually did not fit. I had to take time again and waste unnecessary fuel. Since I had complained in advance by email, I was offered 2 keys. I then had them made as well. With the result that I only have one key that really fits. The second one is significant. In the past, this was possible without problems at Globus Saarlouis. Today it is a complete disaster.
